Episcopal Charities and Community Services (ECCS) is the outreach ministry network for the Diocese of Chicago, providing social services and other community support since 1865.  ECCS supports the work of 11 social agencies and 11 congregations with structured community outreach programs.  COS members have long supported the work of ECCS through individual donations, service as volunteers and Board members and through parish contributions.  The Diocese supports ECCS by providing office space and utilities at no cost.  Because administrative expenses are covered by its endowment and gifts-in-kind, 100% of all contributions to ECCS go to help others.  Contact:  Georgianna Gleason, 312-751-6720
